Common questions
How does cancellation work?
Monthly: cancel any time from your account — no retention calls, no hoops. You keep Pro access through the end of the month you paid for. Annual: when you buy a year, you get a year. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable and don't pro-rate. If you cancel mid-year, you keep Pro access through the end of the prepaid year and won't be re-billed.
What happens to a brief I already generated if I downgrade?
Generated briefs are static — once they're produced, they're yours. PDF export uses local-rendering, so even a downgrade doesn't take old briefs away.
Are these advisories real?
Yes. We pull from US State Department, UK FCDO, Canada Global Affairs, and Australia Smartraveller. Every advisory shown is sourced from those feeds with the publication date and a link to the source.
Why curated embassy data instead of LLM-generated?
Embassy details are stable, well-documented, and getting them wrong has real consequences. Our top 20 traveler destinations are hand-curated from state.gov sources. Other countries fall back to LLM-generated content with a verify-before-use disclaimer.
Do you collect personal data?
Email + password for login. Travel programs (cards, status) you choose to enter. Generated briefs are tied to your account. We don't sell or share any of it.
